INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHTS:

What are you expecting to happen in your life?

In January when I was fasting and praying, God told me that this year I would ONLY by faith accomplish all that is coming my way. How true that word has played out over these past several months. It seems everything from ministry, work, health, and family has given me many opportunities to put my complete trust in Him to HELP me achieve all that He has put on my plate to accomplish.

These past couple weeks especially have given me LOTS of opportunities to put my HOPE in God to JOYFULLY accomplish all that is before me to do. I love how Acts 2:26 in the Message says “…I’m glad from the inside out, ecstatic; I’ve pitched my tent in the land of hope.”

When the pressure is on to get all that needs to be done, I have had to guard against discouragement, feeling overwhelmed and experiencing hopelessness. Many times, I have had to DISCARD those thoughts almost moment by moment so I can MOVE on into the land of hope, faith and EXPECTATION.

What kind of attitudes do you have? If your thoughts keep you stuck in the ditch of despair, consider doing this to get yourself towed out of the pit, so you can get on your way fulfilling your God given purpose:

STOP those negative thoughts DROP those fickle feelings ROLL your thoughts on over to what God declares over your circumstances.

2 Corinthians 10:5 says to refute those negative thoughts and lead them away captive into the obedience of Christ.

Make as your DECLARATION

I COMMIT everything to God and give Him all my cares and concerns. Psalm 37:5

I CONFIDENTLY lean on Him and I am helped. Psalm 28:7 I CAN do all things through Him who gives me strength. Philippians 4:13 I GIRD myself with spiritual, mental, and physical fitness for my God-given task. Proverbs 31:17

STRENGTH and DIGNITY are my clothing and my position is strong and secure. I REJOICE over the future knowing that I am in readiness for it! Proverbs 31:25

This month let’s expect a POSITIVE outcome. Let’s be GLAD from the inside out. Let’s get ECSTATIC about life and PITCH our tent in the land of hope!

Blessings, Cindy
