CDM is a volunteered organization, so that its expenditures can go to outreach and program services directed at reaching people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and meeting the physical needs of the less fortunate all over the world.
CDM protects the privacy of our donors and participants by not marketing our mailing list.
CDM voluntarily submits to an annual legal audit to ensure the ministry is complying with applicable federal and state laws and regulations
CDMs financial statements are presented in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
CDM strives to ensure that all fundraising efforts clearly portray the purpose of the funds to be raised and that all contributions received are used for those specific purpose.

About the NON PROFIT CINDY DENNIS MINISTRY
CDMs vision is to provide encouragement and tools to help address and resolve problems in areas that women struggle with in life. It is a unique ministry that offers a creative and encouraging place to thrive. Here woman come from different backgrounds to learn how to have a confident life and to discover how to release God's destiny for their life. The educational workshops and mentoring programs are geared to equip, empower, and develop opportunities to help women to succeed.
Through a leadership team and covenant partners, Cindy Dennis Ministries encourages individuals, regardless of their convictions, to realize their infinite worth and value and to become confident and empowered. CDM sponsors special events, offers workshops, provides charitable and benevolent experiences, for the purpose of making a difference in the lives of those who participate.
CDM extends the love of Christ through religious, educational, and charitable activities. Through its five main purposes of worship, prayer, empowerment/fellowship, teaching, and missions/evangelism, CDM reaches out, not only to its members, but to the community at
large.
Founded in 2010 by Cindy Dennis, Cindy Dennis Ministries is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation in the United States. The Directors are Cindy Dennis (Founder and President), Bena Miller-Washington (Vice President), Anne Sellers (Treasurer), Christal Marshall (Secretary), Pearl Akosah (Funding Advisor), Mattie Palmore (Domestic Violence Liaison), Victoria Sauers (Fundraising), and Mashari Whitfield(Events).
Diversity
Cindy Dennis Ministries (CDM) is a multi-cultural ministry composed of a diverse group of women from various backgrounds and countries.
CDM does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, age, creed, marital status, ethnic origin, handicap or disability.
CDM workshops, conferences and events are open to everyone. They are intended to focus on ways to celebrate our diversity and promote opportunities for women to work together. They encourage the women to validate, honor and respect one another.

How do we protect your information?

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway, provider's database, only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
