When you realize that you are loved unconditionally

When you recognize that you are loved unconditionally, it can be easy to extend that love and compassion to others.

But when you live in God's love - it can provide a source of inner strength and resilience- when faced with adversity or challenges. Those individuals who have faith in the love of God- can be resilient. These type people can likely bounce back and maintain their sense of self worth knowing that they are supported by a higher power.

Romans 8:35 says:

35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36 As it is written:

“For your sake we face death all day long;    we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”[j]

37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[k] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

God's unchanging love is setting free individuals from the trap of constantly comparing yourself to others- in a world where people often measure their worth against external standards.

The belief of God's love reminds them that they are uniquely and loved and valued regardless of how they stack up against other people.
