Making Jesus a daily commitment

In today's fast-paced world, the call to serve and love the Lord may seem daunting and unpopular. However, choosing Jesus and dedicating our work, studies, dreams, and hopes to Him is a profound journey worth undertaking. Each day presents us with the opportunity to make a conscious choice: to embrace life over death, hope over despair, and love over hatred.

When we choose Jesus, we are invited to embody mercy, humility, and compassion, moving away from indifference and aggression. This commitment asks us to relinquish control, as Luke 9:23 reminds us: “Anyone who intends to come with me has to let me lead. You’re not in the driver’s seat—I am.” Embracing this truth requires courage, especially when faced with suffering.
