What would be the point of designing a car, building the car but not test driving it?

Car manufacturers have to test their vehicles for years before they can even release them to the public.

New cars have been put through strenuous tests of possible crash points, speed, weather, ease of use and child safety.

There would be no point to releasing a brand new car with all the bells and whistles without it going through rigorous checks.

The Christian life is no different. Get ready to be tested in every way!

James one says:

“My friends, consider yourselves fortunate when all kinds of trials come your way, for you know that when your faith succeeds in facing such trials, the result is the ability to endure. Make sure that your endurance carries you all the way without failing, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.”

‭‭James‬ ‭1:2-4‬ ‭GNT‬‬

So if you were experiencing some tests this week and your patience, and your faithfulness, and your words- rejoice! (Yes, be happy!) because you are going through stages to be more like Jesus Christ- The original design for how we should live our life!

So if there’s a coworker that really gets under your skin and you’re feeling tested- stop failing the test, figure out how you can pass the test in shifting your emotions and giving it to the Lord in prayer!

In this fast-paced world, where everyone has to make side hustles in order to provide for the family- it can be very easy to drift and focus your attention on building your empire than building God’s kingdom.

Let’s constantly be checking our Anchor to make sure that we are established and rooted in Christ first- before we start making plans for our own growth and personal accomplishments.

Because when we finally reach our goal, we might be so far from the shore that will actually lose what we are trying to provide for.

Let’s daily die to ourselves and our own will, so that we can take up our cross and follow what God wants from us.

Being set apart for God‘s purposes- or Marked for His Kingdom- is greater than any marketing scheme, advertisement, or strategy.

Let us constantly be chasing God’s verification and not human validation.

If we seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, then all these things will be added (See Matthew 16) -but in the right pace and in the right timing.

Weekends are for reflecting, self care, family time and being grateful for the gifts that have been given to us.

Here are some life lessons that we want to share with you

🗓Just because you see someone else succeeding around you, doesn’t mean you are not.

✅Never underestimate the power YOU have to affect change in YOUR circles.

🙌Be a good Stewart of your own areas of influences. If you are in charge of a 500 square foot building- let it be int cleanest, most welcoming space. If you are in charge of tree people- shower them with praise, coaching, compliments and love. How can more be giving to you if you can’t even handle a small amount?

❤️❤️Love the stage you are in NOW. Take pictures, make memories- enjoy the journey. Every stage of life has its ups and downs. There is no better season than another, every season has its struggles and its joys. Live in the now.

🎊Celebrate little victories- unloading the dishwasher and getting laundry accomplished might be a small step- but maybe it’s a victory in your own personal struggle with anxiety- overwhelmed daily by noise, pressure, household items that seem to never end.

🥰Give yourself a pat -on -the -back for making it through every day. A millimeter in distance is a small step. Small steps over time cause great change to happen.
