how to rest in the Lord:

1. Spend time in prayer and meditation: Take time to connect with God and seek His guidance and peace. This can be done through prayer, meditation, or reading the Bible.

2. Trust in God's plan: Remember that God has a plan for your life, and trust that He is with you every step of the way. Have faith that everything will work out according to His will.

3. Surrender control: Let go of your worries and fears, and surrender control to God. Trust that He will take care of you and provide for your needs.

4. Practice gratitude: Focus on the blessings in your life and be grateful for what you have. This can help shift your perspective and bring a sense of peace and contentment.

5. Take care of yourself: Resting in the Lord also means taking care of yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Get enough sleep, eat well, exercise, and seek support from family and friends when needed.
